Photography opportunities within St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge abound.  These Photographs were obtained by Mike Carlton at St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge.

Mike's ability to suspend time and capture the moment while reflecting the rich diversity of each plant and animal's unique and separate niche is awesome.  A hawk on the wing, pelicans preening, a kingfisher in flight, a wood stork picking through the low tide flats, a gator on the bank - all suspended in time.

High resolution pictures are available.
